1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us for possible shipping arrangements.

4. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@alonjea.com or call 347-874-2635. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
  • ChefMercedes Multi Services LLC is not liable for packages once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. For stolen packages, please file a claim with the carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately to attempt an update. Once the order is processed, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
